2:00 pm – 7:30 pm Troops sign in with Scribe (requires final roster, signed releases, and two Troop prizes)
6:00 pm – Supper
10:00 pm – Quiet time, gates into the property will be locked
Saturday, December 3, 2022
7:00 am – Breakfast
8:30 am – Flag Raising and Explanation of Events
9:00 am – Morning Events begin*
11:30 am – Morning Events conclude
11:50 am – Lunch
12:45 pm – Indian Games begin (These will be Youth events)
1:00 pm – Visitors welcome, all must park in parking area and walk into the camp
2:30 pm – The Trade Blanket
3:30 pm – Visitation wrap up
4:30 pm – Supper (Scouts eat in Troop campsites)
6:45 pm – Troops and leaders assemble quietly at flagpoles for campfire
7:00 pm – Campfire
10:00 pm – Quiet time; gates will be locked
Sunday, December 4, 2022
7:30 am – Breakfast
8:30 am – Flag Raising
8:45 am – Worship Service
9:20 am – Conclusion and awards; camp breakdown and departure
*The Saturday morning events will include Crosscut, Archery, Fire Starting with Flint and Steel, Frypan Toss, Black Powder, Hawk Throw, Knife Throw, and one event still to be determined.
