Dear friends of Woodsmoke Rendezvous, just wanted to send this reminder that registrations for Scouts and Scout leaders are due this week. Scoutmasters, please send in your preregistration forms and preliminary payment for the Scouts and adults who will be camping with you at Woodsmoke.
It is also CRITICAL that each Scout and Scouter who attends Woodsmoke in December submit a signed release form at the Registration Tent upon arrival at camp. Remember, each Scout’s release must also be signed by a parent!
