2:00 pm – 7:30 pm Troops sign in with Scribe (requires final roster and all signed releases)

6:00 pm – Supper

8:00 pm – Scoutmaster meeting at Brigade campfire (SPLs included)

10:00 pm – Quiet time, gates into the property will be locked

Saturday, December 6, 2025

7:00 am – Breakfast

8:30 am – Flag Raising and Explanation of Events

9:00 am – Morning Events begin*

11:30 am – Morning Events conclude

11:50 am – Lunch

1:00 pm – Visitors welcome, all must park in parking area and walk into the camp

1:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Afternoon Skill events**

3:00 pm – The Trade Blanket (in Brigade area)

4:00 pm – Visitation wrap up

4:30 pm – Supper (Scouts eat in Troop campsites)

6:45 pm – Troops and leaders assemble quietly at flagpoles for campfire

7:00 pm – Campfire

8:00 pm – Scoutmaster meeting at Brigade after Campfire (SPLs included)

10:00 pm – Quiet time; gates will be locked

Sunday, December 7, 2025 

7:30 am – Breakfast

8:30 am – Flag Raising 

8:45 am – Worship Service 

9:20 am – Conclusion and awards; camp breakdown and departure

*The Saturday morning events will include Archery, Black Powder, Hawk Throw, Knife Throw, Firemaking, Stretcher, Flapjack Toss, and Slingshot.

**The Saturday afternoon skill events will include hands-on demonstrations of the techniques and tools the original settlers used to construct their shelters and homes. Scouts will be able to learn these old skills.
