Preregistration Form 2023 – Please complete this form and mail it (with your payment) to the Woodsmoke Brigade, 102 Grayson Drive, Enterprise AL 36330 before November 15 to reserve your campsite.
Scout and Adult Release Form – Please have each Scout and adult who will be camping at Woodsmoke complete a release form. Make sure each Scout’s release is signed by a parent. These forms must be turned in to the Scribe at the Registration tent upon arrival on Friday evening.
Final Registration List – Please turn in your unit’s completed final attendee list to the Registration tent upon arrival on Friday evening, along with two (2) troop gifts for the Campsite and Clothing competitions.
Vehicle Parking Pass – Every vehicle in the Woodsmoke parking lot must have one of these forms completed and left in plain view on the dash in the event the Brigade needs to contact the owner/driver.
An approved BSA Tour Permit is no longer required for units camping at Woodsmoke Rendezvous.
