As the old saying goes, the job isn’t finished until the paperwork is done! Here are a few things to remember as you make final preparations for Woodsmoke Rendezvous XLIII….
- Everyone (Scouts and adult leaders) camping at Woodsmoke must submit a signed release form to the Scribe at Registration on Friday evening. The form is available here or under the “Forms” link in the header of the website. Please have everyone who will be camping go online, print out and complete a release form, including a parental signature for the Scouts. I do not plan to have extra forms available at camp, so this is very important!
- You must also submit your final list of people camping at Woodsmoke on Friday evening. Any changes between your preregistration list and your final list will be handled with the Scribe the Friday evening of Woodsmoke (December 1).
- The schedule of events for the weekend is posted to the website here. Please make a note of it and print out a copy or two for your campsite. Be prepared!
The Brigade is planning a surprise for all Scouts on Saturday afternoon. All Scouts and Scouters should bring their own cup!
