Preregistration form 2025 – Please complete this form and mail it (with full payment for your attendees) to The Woodsmoke Brigade, 102 Grayson Drive, Enterprise AL  36330 before November 15 to reserve your campsite.

Scout and Adult Release Form – Unit leaders, please have each Scout and adult who will be camping at Woodsmoke complete a release form. Make sure each Scout’s release is signed by one of the Scout’s parents. These forms must be turned in to the Scribe at the Registration tent upon arrival at Woodsmoke on Friday evening.

Final Registration List – Unit leaders, please turn in your unit’s completed final attendee list to the Registration tent upon arrival at Woodsmoke on Friday evening.

Vehicle Parking Pass – Every vehicle in the Woodsmoke parking lot must have one of these forms completed and left in plain view on the dash in the event the Brigade needs to contact the owner/driver.

An approved BSA Tour Permit is no longer required for units camping at Woodsmoke Rendezvous.
